About Victoria Louise Thomas

As an integrative therapist, I aim to offer you help in all aspects of positive mental health and wellbeing. Most importantly your mental harmony as well as your positive self-image.

I offer you an optimistic and powerfully enabling way of helping you find the wherewithal to live happily, healthily and holistically. All of this will happen in a safe, caring environment conducive to your well being and comfort.

Working with you towards learning to leave the past exactly there and embrace all that is positive in the future, which I see as the way to help you achieve self-fulfilment.

Choosing the right focus, be it mental wellness, physical health or aesthetic self-image is all equally important to vital life therapy allowing you to put the feel good back into your life!

An Experienced Background

Qualified as an integrative therapist in 2006, I also have a background in Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, meditation and public speaking. I am happy to work with anyone over the age of 12, including couples and families.

I have run successful businesses which have included setting up different types of charities and have over 40 years’ experience in fund-raising and voluntary work including two decades within Victim Support. My background is extensive in sales, business coaching and training. I am extremely confident; well experienced in life and all that it entails – enabling me to be not only sympathetic but empathic towards you and whatever life has thrown at you.

Being a family person, I value the true importance of the extended family unit. I am also a pragmatist and firmly believe that people are responsible for their own happiness. Life can frequently deal us very harsh blows and one’s ability to cope is dependent upon one’s inner strength and will to survive. I am humble to people’s adversities and I have strong conviction in our ability as human beings to recover from any circumstance that befalls us.

I am respectful and mindfully humble of how hard it is to cope with the pitfalls and tragedies of life, love and loss, however, I believe that our sole purpose is one of survival and well-being and I can help you recover and heal in whatever adversities you have experienced or may face in order to live your life how you would wish to.

Professional Membership

I am British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) registered and adhere to the Ethical Framework set out by the organisation.

The BACP Register is the first psychological therapists’ register to be accredited under a new scheme set up by the Department of Health and administered by an independent body, accountable to Parliament. Members of the public can now choose a counsellor or psychotherapist belonging to a register approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
